Voting with InfoReady

InfoReady has been implemented to manage impromptu voting, much to everyone's surprise.

During a Texas Tech University Staff Senate meeting, an issue arose wherein a vote was required. There was discussion about collecting votes via email, using free voting tools, or just outright postponing the vote.

Fortunately for all, outside-the-box thinker Dustin Delano was in attendance that day!

Delano worked as an Administrator for the Office of the Vice President for Research at TTU, and is very familiar with InfoReady’s flexibility and ease of implementation.

During the meeting, Dustin created a competition which included the resolutions in question, each with their voting options. Staff Senators were able to quickly vote on the resolutions and InfoReady tallied the information automatically.
