This release prepares for the July 1 retiring of the General and Funding templates. Remember starting July 2:
You will no longer be able to create and launch opportunities using the General or Funding templates.
You will be to manage any Funding or General template opportunities launched prior to July 1.
You will be able to convert any launched limited submission opportunities to full competitions.
You will continue to be able to upgrade Funding and General templates and opportunities to Form Designer.

Also in this release, several fixes will improve user search in cc/bcc workflows, resolve re-submission issues in Return for Revisions steps, and address PDF download problems with Supporting Documents fields.
